Do I have to declare my OnlyFans or MYM income?
Yes, from the first euro or dollar. The platforms now report your income to the tax authority of your country of residence. As for status: sole trader to begin with, a company once your income grows.
Can I get out of an agency contract I've signed?
Often, yes. Many agency contracts contain unbalanced or unenforceable clauses, and an agency that doesn't meet its obligations weakens the contract. We review yours and tell you how to leave cleanly.
Who owns my OnlyFans or MYM account?
You do, in principle: the platform verified your identity. But an agency that holds the logins, the email address and the payout bank account controls your income in practice. The contract must provide for the return of access on exit.
What do I do if my content leaks on other sites?
Act fast: DMCA takedown notices to the hosts, notification to search engines, a letter before action to the author if identifiable. A criminal complaint for non-consensual sharing or deepfakes is prepared with our partner lawyers, backed by time-stamped screenshots and proof of your rights.
Are sexual deepfakes punishable?
Yes. A growing number of countries now punish sharing a sexual deepfake as a standalone offence. In France, non-consensual sharing of intimate content falls under article 226-2-1 of the Criminal Code.
I live in Dubai, does my home country's law still apply to me?
Criminal law often follows nationality, not address. Your tax obligations depend on your real residency: company, bank account, days spent on the ground. A poorly prepared relocation costs more than no relocation at all.
