Service 1 / 9 · Compliance audit

Know where you stand, before someone asks.

A tax inquiry, a bank asking questions, a creator threatening a complaint: on that day, it is too late to tidy up. The audit looks at your business the way an inspector, a banker or a judge would, scores every risk and gives you a plan to fix them first.

What exposes you

Three situations we see every week.

The inquiry that comes without warning

Tax office, bank, platform: none of them give notice. What was not prepared gets paid for afterwards, with penalties.

The bank that closes the account

One unexplained flow is enough. Without a file ready, payouts stop, and the business with them.

The contract that turns against you

A badly drafted clause, a missing consent, a chatter who promises too much: each becomes evidence against you.

How it works

A questionnaire, a call, a deliverable, follow-up.

1A questionnaire about your situation

Fifteen questions, ten minutes, so we come to the call already knowing your business.

2A 15-minute call

We pinpoint the three or four points that expose you most and tell you whether an audit is useful, in what scope, at what price. Written quote within 24 hours.

3The full review

Structure, contracts, flows, chatting, proof of identity and consent, platform reporting. We check the paperwork and the practice, because the practice is what an inspector looks at.

4The report, then follow-up

A debrief call, then a check-in at three months to make sure the fixes hold.

What we cover

The scope, topic by topic.

Structure and companies

Form, country, partners, holding, flows between companies: a structure a bank can read, defensible before the tax office, consistent with where you really live.

Contracts and status

Management, chatter and manager contracts, exclusivity, account ownership, exit: what is missing and what could be reclassified as employment.

Criminal exposure and evidence

Identity, age and consent of every creator, chatting guidelines, no pressure on content: the documents that separate a marketing agency from a case built on exploitation or trafficking laws.

Bank flows and platform reporting

Source of funds, separate accounts, chatter payments, and whether your commissions match what platforms report to tax authorities.

Tax and employment

VAT or sales tax on the commission, corporate tax, status and contributions of the people who work for you, in every country where you have a team.

Platforms and image

Terms of OnlyFans, MYM, Fansly, Fanvue, Reveal, Maloum and of CRMs such as Infloww and OnlyMonster, access management, image rights, content and brand protection.

Who it is for

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How long does an audit take?
A few days for a single creator, two or three weeks for an agency with several creators and chatters abroad. Timeline and price are set before we start.
What is in the report?
A score for each risk, what it would cost if it happened, the fix and its cost. You know what to do on Monday morning.
What if the audit finds a real problem?
That is why you do one. We help you fix it, with partner lawyers and accountants where needed, before someone else finds it.
Is an audit useful if everything is fine?
It is the best time: it costs less and fixes are made calmly. Once the bank or the tax office writes, it is a defence, not an audit.
Do I have to show you everything?
Yes. Partial documents give a partial report. Nothing leaves the firm, and we contact no one without your approval.
Let's talk about your agency

The tax office never gives notice.

We identify the risks your agency is running, then you get a clear quote.
